What Lays Beyond The Clouds By: A.C.

With arms that reach not for the clouds, but above them,
Tall, and strong, the baobab tree strives to grasp what sits beyond an endless sea of white.
It cannot tell you why for not even it knows what lays beyond the clouds
but thinks there could be something like a hidden gem amongst the weight-less
puffs, that, like a blanket with a new-born baby, swallow the field of sapphires.

He wants to find his,and others, dreams, hopes, and wishes,
that when discovered, could be fulfilled to create a new, better day.
No war, and no poverty may be a few desires in this imaginary place.
Though it cannot get to this world the baobab continues to go upward in to beleif.

And at the end of the day isn't beleif what keeps us hear?
Belief that tomorrow will be better than today,
Belief that things can, and will get better even when you have hit bottom
And Beliving that if you try hard enough you will find what lays beyong the clouds.
